How do I know if I’m eligible for a Reward Card?
Once you’ve taken out a new contract with Cyclescheme, we’ll send you an email within 10 working days with instructions on how to claim your Reward Card. This offer is only available to customers purchasing qualifying bicycles during the promotional period. See terms here.
How do I claim my Reward Card?
You will be sent an email within 10 working days of your purchase explaining how to claim your card. You will be directed to our dedicated website to enter your email address and your Certificate Request Number, to complete the claim process. You must claim within 90 days of your purchase date.
If I don’t receive my claim email who do I contact?
If you haven’t received your claim email within 10 working days of your purchase date, please contact our customer service team on 0344 879 5101† or email email@example.com.
What happens after I claim?
Once you have claimed for your card, you should receive it through the post within 5 working days of claiming. You will need to activate your card within 3 months of the issue date.
When will I receive my Reward Card?
Provided you have claimed online, you should receive your Reward Card via post within 5 working days of claiming.
Can my Reward Card be sent to a different address?
No, your card can only be sent to the address registered to your Cyclescheme agreement. The card will also be in the same name as the registered agreement holder.
Can I use my Reward Card straight away?
Once your card arrives, you will need to activate it online. You will be sent an activation instruction email to the email address you registered with Cyclescheme. Your card PIN will be provided to you at the end of the activation process.
How do I activate my card?
You’ll be sent an activation email with instructions on how to activate the card online. Sometimes the email can end up in your junk mail, so check there as well. If you can’t find the email, please visit the website on the back of your card to request the activation instructions are emailed to you again. If you are still having issues receiving the information or think your email address may be incorrect, please contact Cardholder services on 0344 800 6435* or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long do I have to activate my card?
You will need to make sure the card is activated within 3 months of the issue date. If it is not activated within this time, you will no longer have access to the funds. If I don’t receive my Reward Card or my card doesn’t work who do I contact?
If you have claimed online and your card hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of claiming — or your card doesn’t work — please contact Cardholder services on 0344 800 6435† or email email@example.com.
How long do I have to spend the funds on my Reward Card?
Once the card has been activated funds are available to spend up to the expiry date stated on the front of the card (6 months from issuance).
What happens if I don't spend the funds before my card expires?
The funds are available up to the expiry date stated on the front of the card. Once the card expires, any remaining funds on the card will no longer be available and will revert to Cyclescheme.
How long is my Reward Card valid for?
The card is valid until the expiry date shown on the front of the card (6 months from issuance).
Where can I spend the money on my Reward Card?
You can spend the money with the retailer you got your Cyclescheme bike from.
When is the offer valid?
The offer runs from the 28th June – 31st August 2018. To take part in the offer Cycleschemers need to request a Certificate and redeemed this for a qualifying bike within this time.
Where can you shop?
Any retailer, in-store or online, in the Cyclescheme retailer network that sells Cannondale or Specialized bikes. See retailers.
Are sale bikes included in the offer?
Yes - you can get any Cannondale or Specialized bike currently priced £500 or more. This includes bikes that have been discounted providing the sale price is £500+.
Are accessories, parts or components included in the offer?
No - to qualify for the offer you must get a Cannondale or Specialized bike priced £500 or more. Items such as accessories, parts and components can be obtained via Cyclescheme with the standard 25 – 39% saving.
Do you still save 25 – 39% on the cost of the bike?
Yes – the free £30 Pure card is in addition to the standard Cyclescheme saving. Individual savings are dependent upon the employer and personal tax code. Most Cycleschemers save between 25 – 39% on the cost of the bike.
What is a Pure card?
A Pure card is a prepaid debit card. This can be used online or as a standard ‘chip and pin’ debit card in your chosen Cyclescheme bike retailer.
When can a participant claim their Pure card?
The participant can claim their Pure card once they have collected their bike. Participants are not eligible for the card if they cancel their order or return the bike. Please note – the bike is only considered collected when the retailer has marked it as such via Cyclescheme login.
Can the retailer provide the Pure card?
No – this is provided by Cyclescheme only.
